Chamomile - (German) Egyptian essential oil

The oils are extracted from the flowers by steam distillation.
In perfumery it is a middle note.
It has a sweet, straw-like fragrance and is blue.
The oil blends well with clary sage, lavender, lemon and ylang ylang.
German Chamomile contains azulene, a powerful anti-inflammatory. This blue crystal is not actually present in the plant, but forms in the oil.
It soothes and calms skin while healing and regenerating tissue.
This oil has a calming effect on the mind and body. It is valuable in treating menstrual and menopausal problems.
Chamomile represents the 5th chakra (throat).
Metaphysically it attracts money and cools anger.
